Before anything else, can you introduce yourself?

Hello everyone, my name is Lucy — RaceFi Growth Ecosystem Manager. It’s my pleasure to join AMA with you guys today and I’m so excited to answer all the questions. Nice to meet you all.

Let’s start with the basics. What is RaceFi all about?
Lucy:
RaceFi is a Web3 car racing game with built-in advertising service powered by blockchain technology. This is where powerful racers compete against each other to win exciting rewards. All ownable parts of the game are in the form of verifiably owned NFTs. In RaceFi’s metaverse, players can earn money while enjoying different game modes or make a profit by owning in-game assets.

So, the RaceFi project has been launched for a long time, what are the milestones that your project has achieved so far?
Lucy:
We’ve been putting a lot of effort into creating and expanding our game and metaverse since the project’s inception in 2021. The bankruptcy of certain significant projects in 2022 has caused people’s confidence in the cryptocurrency sector to decline.
However, thanks to the founders’ team’s long-term vision and the community’s confidence in us, we are still growing and have reached numerous important milestones as follows:
📍 We’ve completed building the infrastructure including Smart contract, Portal,… to ensure our project running perfectly on multichain
📍 We’ve run some Staking campaigns on Kucoin and On-chain Solana
📍 Our game is in the perfecting progress and have released the Beta Test.
📍 We’ve already established partnerships with a lot of blockchain and traditional projects.
📍 And we’ve also successfully built a marketing platform with billboards and banners through our racetrack, so other projects can put their image on, advertise and reach to more users.

Wow, it sounds like RaceFi has been making some impressive strides forward!
Not only you have completed the infrastructure for multichain support, including smart contracts and portals, but you’ve also successfully run staking campaigns on Kucoin and On-chain Solana.

Now that you have already released the beta version of the game, what are the features can players expect in the beta version? Especially since the Open Beta Version is coming next month?
Lucy:
RaceFi is now having Private Beta test public and has received a lot of positive responses from our community. In this version, we focus on bringing the racing experience to players through 2 game modes: Single-Player and Multi-Player.
Only users who have applied for our Game Early Access Form can play the game at this moment, but if you guys want to give it a try, please send us your email and we will create an account for you to play.
We are planning to release our Open Beta version in the upcoming stage. Along with that, various new features will be introduced to users in this coming version.

Exciting news! Can’t wait to try the upcoming version of the game 🤩
Since Open Beta Version is expected to be released next month, how can players report bugs or issues they encounter during the beta testing phase?
Lucy:
Our game is still in the testing and developing process, so players may encounter some bugs and problems while playing. In that case, please kindly create ticket on our Discord channel, report your problems and then we will review and fix it.
Your valuable feedbacks will help us improve and develop the game more perfectly in the future.

How long will the beta testing period last, and what is your timeline for the final release?
Lucy:
Our first Private Beta version is going be closed this Friday to fix bugs and update.
But don’t worry, the Open version will be released on 3rd May with more new updates and features, and all users will be free to access and enjoy our game. Stay tuned and look forward to experiencing it! 🤩

Are there any upcoming updates or events that will be held by RaceFi?

The most exciting and important event coming up next is definitely our mainnet launch. RaceFi Official Season 1 will be released soon this coming May with various game modes and at the same time, we will also introduce some of our new interesting features such as: referral program, leaderboard, racing pass, racing club,…
Besides, we will also host some notable activities for users to join like Pit-crew, Global Tournament,.. as well. Our team is working very hard day by day to improve the quality of RaceFi to provide the best gaming experience to users. Stay tuned for our upcoming news!!!

What is the role of NFTs in RaceFi, and how do players acquire and use them in the game?
Lucy:
In RaceFi, our NFT will be various car models, and they are used to take part in every races in our game.
To possess RaceFi car, you can buy directly from our RaceFi Portal (which will be launched with the game release this quarter), or you can join our events and get a chance to win RaceFi NFTs as a reward.

While doing research on your Whitepaper, I found about two main game features which are Pure race and Battle race. Can you please give me info about these 2 Main Game Features and what are the main differences between these two?
Lucy:
At the beginning, RaceFi consisted of 2 main game modes, Pure race and Battle race. However, at the moment, we have changed and upgraded the game modes, becoming Single-Player and Multi-Player mode and each mode will have its own characteristics:
- Single-Player: players will directly drive and control their cars and overcome challenges along the road within a limited time to win the prize. In this game mode, players need to pay an amount of fee to race and the reward will include other players’ fee as well.
- Multi-Player: Players will race directly with others. They need to use their skills like a professional racer to beat their opponents and take the top spot on the leaderboard. Moreover, this mode is free to access.

Partnership is one of the important factors for every project. Could you name some of your partners? What are the benefits that you get from them? And is there any partnership that will be established in near future?
Lucy:
From the early start till now, we’ve established many partner relationships with other projects from various areas, such as: Solana, Kucoin, AFKDao, MetaOne, Good Games Guild, Liberty Games Guild, …
In the near future, we will proceed to make partnership with more partners to develop our game and attact more users as well.
Notably, we will join with Ancient8 in this month, and Liberty Game Guild in the next month to host interesting activities for you guys to take part in and get chances to win the prize. So stay tuned!!! 😘

I really love to racing games(I used to play NFS everday) but I dont have experience playing Metaverse based games. is it easy to start playing in Racefi ? What’s the first step to play in your platform? will you have some kind of explanatory content for crypto-beginner players?
Lucy:
In some parts, RaceFi is also like every other traditional and racing game. However, because our game is blockchain based, so there will be some differences:
Firstly, you will need your own wallet to access our game, we accept wallets from Solana, BNBChain and Polygon such as: Metamask, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet.
Secondly, players will have to own $RACEFI to join some of our game modes. And to earn $RACEFI, players can buy on Kucoin exchange, be the top rank of the game or win our special events.

It says $RACEFI as governance token. Can $RACEFI token holders vote on future DAO proposals, what are the requirements, and can $RACEFI token holders share transaction fees?
Lucy:
At this moment, we are developing our Treasury Community, and DAO will definitely be one of the main features of our project in the coming stage. However, it’s too soon to tell you more details about this now, please stay tuned and look forward to RaceFi DAO in the near future 🥰

1. cryptoboom:
How many blockchains supported by your platform? And what are the plans for integration of other Blockchains? Is there anything in pipeline?
Lucy:
Our game’s vision is going multichain inclusing L1 and L2, at this moment, our main chain is Solana. We are in the process of working with some partners about this issue and we will make announcement soon in the future.
2. Nalaka:
I see two tokens designed in the project, as RCOIN for currency in-game and RACEFI for governance. Can you explain why you need two types of tokens? Also, Can you share the types of governance decisions that may occur in your project?
Lucy:
At this moment, we’ve already removed $RCOIN, and $RACEFI is our only token. The utilities of this token will be mentioned in details in our next updates.
3. Aleigha
How do you balance the development of new features with bug fixes and optimization in the roadmap?
Lucy:
Sure, we have a team with many years of experience in making games, and with the help of the community, we are confident that we will be able to balance new development and patch updates.

what are strategy #RaceFi planning to attract more users in your Platform ? Do you have any events or referrals program running in your platform?
Lucy:
We have many upcoming campaigns to attract the community, but for the project to run well we need your help. That’s the reason we are building our Treasury Community.
5. MinhPhong:
I see Q4 team will launch Rally Private Beta. So can you tell me what Rally is?
Lucy:
We have plans for more interesting types of game modes for players and Rally is one of those. For this game mode, players will control special cars to run on harsh roads and complex terrains such as deserts, ice, snow, … This mode requires players with high skills and the ability to observe and react to unexpected situations occurring on the track.
